Return policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, Family Logo Ecommerce makes it easy for you to return your items and receive a refund. To create a return, simply follow these easy steps. 

All items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return. Don’t forget to keep your invoice with you.

 

Return policy guidelines

• You can initiate a return within  2 days for ALL eligible items if you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or counterfeit item.

• When returning an item, keep all seals, tags, accessories intact and ensure the item is in its original packaging.

• Remove any passwords from devices being returned, otherwise the return will be invalid.

• You can request a return if you have changed your mind about an item, but some items (e.g. perishable goods, swimwear, underwear, cosmetics, food supplements) cannot be returned for hygiene and security reasons.

 

Please note that items must meet Family Logo Ecommerce return policy guidelines to be eligible for a refund. Family Logo Ecommerce is committed to accepting returned products in line with applicable consumer protection legislation and guidelines.

Please note that only 1 attempt will be made to retrieve your item.
Business days are from Monday to Friday, and do not include Weekends and Public Holidays.

 

I. Return Pick up Timeline:

The return pick up time starts from the day you make a request to return an item to the next day our delivery associate retrieves the item that you will like to return. These timelines also apply if you are dropping your returns at one of our pick up station. You can create a return online.

 

Once the return is created, please note that:

 

If you have chosen to return your item(s) to a Family Logo Ecommerce pickup station:

Please drop off your item(s) as soon as possible. Your return request will be canceled if the package is not dropped off within  24 hours (1 working day) following the return creation.

 

If you have chosen to have our delivery agent pick up your return item(s) from your delivery address: please be aware that our agent will contact you within 3 business hours to schedule a pickup. If the items are not picked up within one attempts, your return request will be canceled.
